make a quicky nich hub or fake link list

ok i have a half done link list and no private hub so i was thinking

i could copy one of my category pages and have a nich specific hub or link list done quick and maybe take a few submits or so

should i get a new domain with the nich part of it or spawn a sub web from my link list domain

has anybody done this and what kind of results

You might build up link popularity to your domain if you did it in directories off of one domain...or you might get better SE results of you used niche specific domain names.

I'd go with #1
