Anybody know what happened to shaven ferret?
Just wondering....

Shaven ferret scripts were a great teaching aid for perl because all his scripts were well commented and the output had similar styles. The auto submit site was a useful list of tgp's for many reasons.

A few weeks ago the website dissappeared.
Does anybody know what happened to Shaven Ferret?

I have no idea, but Ferrets don't have a long life span.

I think there are still sites using that script. I dunno...I liked the story that was on there...about his girlfriend thinking it would be funny to shave their ferret or something.

I messed around with the script a little but went with TGPM when I was looking for a free TGP script years ago...1999, I think.

I actually owned both his TGP and Pic post script and even paid the monthly fee to be on the get more posts list.

That was so long ago in the last century. Damn I feel old now.
