Ate too much, spent too much, drank too much, it was a great party yesterday.
![]() Some video from yesterday's Stonewall Festival Doing laundry and some work then errands. Not really sure what I'm doing later in the day. A possible client sent me a message yesterday so I'll be contacting her. I feel really burnt out but will probably go the the after party festivities later anyway. ![]() |

Listened to a comedy on the radio, played a bit of Settlers on my 98 box, and am now about to start actual work.
Someone mentioned on the radio news that the player who scored 2 goals for Uruguay and so knocked England out of the World Cup normally plays for an English team. He said that the goals were revenge for all the bad publicity and agro from the fans that he got in England. Has he forgotten that once the international matches are over he has to go back to the English club to play again? And if he thinks his treatment was bad before, how the hell does he think he is going to be treated after boasting that he knocked England out for revenge? The team he plays for is in a fairly rough part of England, so if he is going out to the local bars to drink in the evenings, he really needs iron underwear, otherwise he is going to find someone trying to ram the wide end of a broken glass bottle up his ass! |

Good Morning
![]() Wife came home yesterday after being gone 6 weeks. Really didn't feel that long to me but she swears it's been that long. We had theater tickets last night so I'm glad she came home as the show was fairly entertaining and I did not have to find someone else to go with. Most of the family is coming over today to welcome her home. Enjoy your Sunday! |

Ugh... That game. Seriously.
Watched the game over at a friends new house. Place has a nice backyard so had dinner on their new outdoor furniture. Was really nice. Just gearing up for the week ahead now. Starting to line the ducks up. Hope everyone had a fun one. |

Team USA's standing in the eyes of fans of the sport around the world had to have gone up at least a few points after that game. While other so-called "formidable forces" (spain, England, etc) are OUT, the US keeps on chugging along, always underestimated.
If they do well against Germany a lot of people are going have to face up to it. They're the real deal. I hope that one day Canada can be a real deal.
