If you submit to my sites, Please Read..

We are now taking a harder stance on this from now on, Too many people are making our jobs harder by submitters sending sites with silly mistakes like that!

If you have an Ebony site, use an Ebony Recip Link
... Come on guys, is it really that difficcult?

In my view its not so simple, I think people should have the option of linking to a generic url.

Surely its best to make life easier for the submitors?

To be honest, I do agree about the simplicity of a single link, However... I personally submit to about 80 link sites every time I make a site and I have to add niche specific urls to alot of them... It's the way the industry has gone. We all need to do what we can to compete with each other for the SE placements and the extra hits.
I am in exactly the same boat when I submit.... But as a link site owner I appreciate how important it is to get our category pages up in the search engines in good places, as a submitter (along with all you guys) I think we all need to bare in that in mind when we ourselves are submitting The better that the link site, does the more likely we are gonna get more hits back.

You are right this constent quest to reach the SE top spots is some what a gain. I mean most of the people on this board have a link list etc To think we can all make google for example's top spot is just a dream.

I just want my site hooked into as many sites / pages as possible, Im not even going to try and begin to play with SE stuff.

LL's give you hits and categorized link back is your payment. I understand that and find no problem here...


ps. Wild_Unicorn - you probably know but if not.. result/confirmation e-mails seem not to be working at your newest site (at least I didn't get one althougt all my submited sites were accepted)

I have nothing against category table recips. I just wish LL owners check them before put them up. Many table recips have HTML errors.

One common error is that they define tables bgcolor but not text or link color. Please do this so your table recips look the same in every page we build. Many define link color before they have link tag and that don't work. Link color tag must be after the link tag.

I'm not trying to teach pro webmasters how to build, but I also submit to almost 100 LLs 5 days a week, and if I don't have to edit recips that will be big help.

That is good advice me thinx, i've rejected quite a few sites for that in the past too.

NochexContact, you'd be a total nutter to not care about the importance the SE's role is in the adult biz. It's where all our quality traffic comes from, bar other link sites where else are you going to get niche traffic?

BUT, to my main point of this thread.. It is starting to upset my reviewers and piss them off a little with that kind of niggly mistake. I have to respect that and hence my post.

I think it all comes down to 'are you going to read a webmasters rules or not', I think in all honestly it's wise to. If not you must accept you will probably get rejected.

I think I am quite a leniant webmaster and the rules on my sites are not hard to go by. This is just the one little thing i'm asking for in return for the traffic my sites send.
