TCG stats problem (stalled)

shit!!!! My stats have been stalled for almost 12 hours!!! I was alseep for the last ten. Anybody else have this problem with TCG stats? I just contacted TCG, just can't stand waiting.

Yuppers - today's stats are not up at all. Stopped at 7/30. Here's the big problem, they don't respond to emails over the weekend. I've tried to contact them before about a redirecting issue and didn't get a response till Monday afternoon. They don't do weekends!

I just called them...the operator said that all we can do is email our sales rep. But we know they don't seem to check their email over the weekend.

That's surprising to me that they don't have at least one person working weekends. I mean, they could at least have a dude on email call.

Regardless, all I really care about are recovery of my stats and any sales I might have made.

Yes, its tracking joins.. The programmer who handles the java server
is on a plane and as soon as he lands within next few
hours should be fixed. The java server grabs clicks on the 50 tour
servers and then sends to dbase every 10 seconds.
Its a very robust system but shit always seems to happen on
weekends,, Murphys law. Damn!

We have a scalable system set up so we NEVER lose joins no matter
what. If there is a failure at any time the joins are always tracked via
a text file and then propogated to your account.

This is not happening now its the click tracking that is broken.

Sorry for the inconvience. On a positive note there will be a press release
monday for TCG first "exclusive" contract video performer.

I love TCG. They are my favorite sponsor. Glad to hear they still rocking and rolling.
Back when I had my weekend issue with them, either Rocki or Laura responded the following Monday and told me that they don't check emails on weekends. Apparently I emailed the wrong reps! Still good people and an excellent program.
