I only have about 15 email addys for work

I have a paypal account.I get a email with a work addy which doesn't have paypal account.In the email it says click here .I just wonder how many poor souls they got before paypal contacted the host

Keep in mind it had all the paypal bells and whistlers just wrong email addy.I would never have went to the one they wanted ya can believe that I know how to type out paypal.com haha

Its horrible, I get these phishing emails all the time from what looks like banks except that I never have accounts at any of those banks! Obviously these hackers make money doing this as these emails are increasing not decreasing - its too bad too.

I read an article about this new security initiative that is being put together by a bunch of the big guys like ms, hp, dell, etc, where each new computer will have a hard coded security key and based on a complex set of public/private keys you will be able to verify legit sites/downloads/emails without disclosing any private info...hopefully that will start to help but of course this is a few years away from reality

The PayPal & CitiBank spam scams (among others) have been going on for about a year now.

Hell, I don't even click on any links in my email that go to something that has personal info - I just go to my favorites & find what I know is a legit links & go to the site from there.
