Ok this is my latest free site yesterday i submit on Green Guy and Penis Bot still don't listed. Hmm why?? what do i need to change in order to get listed

Give it some time from when you submit, not everyone will post you same day...sometimes it takes weeks.

Yeah - having the 1st page centered & then the next 3 left aligned (with the title still centered) will get you declined all day long with me.
Look at your site at 1024 wide & you'll see what I mean. |

You have to wait 7 to 10 days to be listed in Penisbot.
Anyway, you will receive the notification letter. If your site will be disapproved, you'll know the reason.
