Old problems still lingering!!!!!
Ok I am having a bit of a problem here. My site has been blacklisted.
My host moved me to a newer dedicated server at the begining of August. I did post on the message board, stating what was going on and and to please bare with me, on this. But green guys server or whatever had problems, and that old message was gone forever. My host filed the appeal at the blacklist site, and it's been about a month with no reply from whomever listed my URL. Who would I talk to, about getting this problem resolved?

Slick Rick - like I told you on ICQ, this is the 3rd time your domain is on the list - the rule of thumb with the blacklist is to give the webmaster a 2nd chance if they have a legit excuse for being on there. You're asking for a 4th chance & I doubt anyone is gonna be that forgiving.
You might want to consider buying a new domain. |

Green guy as I said on ICQ that my host was moving me to a newer dedicated server and the old site was point to the old links on that server, and that was completly out of my control. I did post on the board. Just like you did when you were having hosting problems. And as I also stated that I did post a message to hang in there with me on this issue. But you had server/host problems as well, and that proof was lost. My host filled out the appeal on my behalf. (Seeing how it was my host that casued this problem). Cleo I am wondering why my pay site has been added to your black list. I tried a submission on your site the other day and that sent me to the black list. Now it was not in my control that globill went out of business and pay site shouldn't be on there. I am not asking to be removed, but would like to appeal this with some reason to why it was listed (this is a mistake, do to my host) I just want a chance to explane and get some explanation, why this last time my site was listed, Which I can't get an asnwer to why. As is states at the black list site.....

I never added in your paysite, never.
I did join your affiliate program when you submitted your paysite to me, but then, as I told you in the e-mail that I sent you, the affiliate code sent surfers to the page of the people that designed your site, not your paysite tour. |

I was thinking while I was out when I resubmitted my pay site to you that I put in my regular email and thats what was black listed which in turn rejected my pay site. So very sorry about that mistake on my behalf. I never got an email from you about that problem, you had occured. "the affiliate code sent surfers to the page of the people that designed your site" Again I am truely sorry for the mistake about my pay site being rejected.

Ok been thinking about this today. Is there a way to find out the URL that put on this dreded black list.
All I ask is to test the URL before replying to my message and if that site URL is dead // 404 whatever I will NOT bring this up ever up again. After all I have been waiting a month on the appeal process and have not gotten an answer.

Ok I know what happend there.
My old host was a real piss poor operation. The last crash with my former host they didn't supply me with all my data so I couldn't get everything. And that is entirely my fualt. But I do know since being with this new host that nothing has been lost and or deleted.... And as I promissed (With a valid reason/explanation) I would not not bring it up again. Thank you very much for spending your time to reasearch that for me. I assure that this will never happen again and I am truely sorry for the problems.
