Actually you're a little off-base with the promo, the promo is actually for October 31st and if you send 10 signups you will receive a free laptop.

20 signups = laptop and ipod

75 signups = 42" plasma screen tv, laptop, and Ipod

I have few hun spots around the date, so lets see if it will be enough, will test them until then on free submits and decide if its worth to buy more spots, but 75 shouldnt be hard, when they count each sale, of course
