Idiot Submitters

Does anyone else have a problem with people loading sponsor FH sites onto their own servers, adding a few recips and submitting them. I just declined three today and put the webmasters on my "watch list."

It's just aggravating as hell, ESPECIALLY when it's a sponsor I promote so I know their work on sight.

I blacklisted one of them (who submitted two sites with the same template from the sponsor... extreme dumbass). The other is actually a halfway regular submitter so I let them off with a warning this time.
