Mmm fresh baked bread
Have slept like every 2nd day for a month now or so. Insomnia sucks
 Went to sleep at like 8-9pm yesterday and got up at 3am. Didn't feel like starting to work, so I made some bread. 6am now and the whole place smells like fresh bread. Good start on the day  |

Actually a few of the casinos a few years ago when i lived here before, tried aromatherapy to keep gamblers contented and feeling good to gamble. One of the few scents that had a positive effect was fresh baked bread. I think another was cinnamon sticks and another was peppermint. I know the LV Hilton was one of the places that was using this.
The frequency of bloody marys and a roll of 20's was usually what worked for me. dhg<<<goes to bed at 10 and is up at 2-3am. |
