Mailer software and contact mgmt

Those of you who do html mailers (like the gg&j WONDERFUL informative and did i say timely newsletter) do you have a favorite program?

Also i'm looking for contact mgmt software... and if anyone has a recommendation for a business card scanner. I've looked at cardscan but i'm trying to stay cheap and cheerful with my 1000's of biz cards i've collected in the past 2 weeks.

I need it to scan and place the info in outlook.

I tried Mojo but found that LiteMail fit the bill for me. Think it is about $45. You can download a 30 day trial version.
