can someone explain to me what is meant when we have backdoor access on a SE ex: google, yahoo ect..

If I'm understanding your question correctly it's basically the same method used to submit to multiple Links List. Instead of it being an index.html it's a page that's optimized with different keywords all pointing to the same site..

I wouldn't suggest doing it..

It usually means someone thinks thay have a gimmick that gets their pages spidered and serped faster than others.

Wether or not to believe that someone has such a gimmick is the trick. People bullshit all the time.
