I signed up with you some 4-6 weeks ago, received a confirmation email, but still haven't received any linking codes, affiliate number/ID, or log-in details!!

I would love to advertise Private once again, if I'd get a chance...

I just checked my emails: I received a wordy reply from Richard Cottrell at Private on the 7th of February, and nothing since!
