Traffic Skimming Scripts?

I was just wondering if anyone knows if these free scripts skim a % of your traffic?

Free X3 TGP Script
phpMyTGP

I would assume so but I figured I would ask anyway.

From what I've seen, phpMyTGP doesn't skim any traffic for their own use.

I don't know about X3 TGP Script.
