Update listing question

I can submit one freesite in 24 hours.
But what about updating my freesite, if i changed/added some more pics/movies & request update listing?
I also can do that only once in 24 hours?
Or i can request listing update for several links?
Another case:
Can I submit new url & request updating of previous listings in the same time?
Or it is also counts as multisubmit?

I think that would be one of those that's determined on a Link Lists by Link List basis.

Me, I don't "update" sites that are currently listed because most people just build, submit & forget.

Most people just come,

& forget.
Updating sites allows to get some bookmakers. I think that both the link list owner & a poster are interested in attracting more traffic to the site.
