During 6 years we always provide an institutions, authorized by law to request these documents, with all necessary proofs within a few hours from demand issued to the client.

That's cool because if I have the police standing in my office I need to know I can get the documents fast, in fact very fast.

So I assume while the police make the official request, or do you take the word of the client that the documents are required, that you have a 24 hour operation that does not stop for weekends, hoildays, etc.

I'm sure that's more than adequate.

I've been doing business with clients over 20 years and they still require two legal forms of ID with every set.

How do your clients know the content was produced before 1992? Do you have model releases and IDs from these sets/videos to prove the production date?

I don't know what kind of content do you sell, if your clients are visited by police... Joke.
Don't worry, we are in contact without weekends, and also always go toward to the clients, and can provide proofs at the moment of purchase, if it is required.

Content Providers HAVE to have ALL 2257's up and ready regardless of situations. Also it does not matter where you are located whether it is Russia ,or China the 2257"s is to protect the provider(owner of content) and the Webmaster using them for commercial use (webmaster). By not giving up this information you really put the webmaster in jeopardy of being arrested. If you are a real content provider in this industry then you must realize that you must work and function like one.

Well you are right that would be alot harsher. Nowadays if a content provider does not have all the necesarry documentation together they should not be in business. So NAt are you going to provide documents.BTW I took a look at your site and you do have some nice content on there but again with out 2257's that content is worthless. Unless you you perfer stanless steel bracelets and have a view from behind bars and that goes the same to webmasters that will want to purchase your content

Ernie, he's in Russia so he's not bound by any 2257 laws.

Or he has an office in Gibralter, along with a lot of other people, and an office in the US.

Bet that will be the one that has the documents.
