2257 dosent apply if you just link to sponsor hosted materials does it?

If you cause the image to appear on YOUR domain then it does.

If it's a hyperlink to THEIR page then it doesnt.

Frames are a nice technical issue they may have overlooked in their regs. A framed image is still technically on the other domain, software just pulls the two together.

tickler, sorry, frames mean it's published on your domain (just like a magazine accepting a pre-made page from someone else... it doesn't negate the responsiblity). For a layperson standing on the outside, the images would appear to be on your domain, and that is enough for me

SERIOUSLY: Don't use tricks or "sneaky" ways to try to get around this. Face it head on.

if i use an link in a frame i dont see it that i have the content on my domain because i havent , 2 ways to check the source on that domain: right click on the site and view source, you see the source of the page i have up, but top screen and view source you see the real source, i have only a link there, i have alot of that stuff that way....example http://www.sexstoryhome.com/Pussy/
