The thing about giving out model's info makes me think about Rebecca Schaeffer, the poor girl from "My Sister Sam." Sad story.

This part really stood out in that article:
"Schaeffer's murder and the Saldana case provoked Governor George Deukmejian to sign a law that prohibited the DMV from releasing addresses " Now the Feds are telling us to do just the opposite by posting our personal information all over the web.  |
