What is TicketsClub?

What is TicketsClub? I am checking out a CCBill site, trying to get the cost for a membership to input into my DB, so I click `Signup' expecting to goto a CCBILL signup page, and I am sent to a TicketsClub.com page. Does this still get tracked by CCBILL?

I make more with verotel than I ever did with ccbill on the same traffic, but the affiliate tracking and system of ccbill's is tight. Tracking is a little weak though.

Tickets club is kinda goofey to me, confuses the surfer. I never did well with Verotel. Never heard of many doing well with Tickets Club. Just my two cents.

I did a lot better with ticketsclub than ccbill and a bit better than epoch. Surfers didn't really have a problem with it either.

I have my own merch account now through a cascading affiliate solution, but they were an awesome stepping stone.

This is not a constant value. You can't say that Verotel does better than others like this. I concider you plain lucky. Also if you have advertised sponsors or you have a program that are/is using Verotel as primary processor it's normal to have more sales with them, since they're the first processing company. I've read quite a lot of threads that Verotel are actually not supposed to process adult, but that's another question. I think people are recognising them from mainstream sites, which is why you made good ratio with them, but that doesn't mean that it's a constant value Also, lets not forget that the processor isn't the one thing that will make you a sale... What I'm trying to say here's that you could make even more with others, the fact that you didn't speaks only for yourself

I can speak for my own paysites and thats what I am speaking for. I am not talking as an affiliate.

I have processed over 1000 joins with epoch and ccbill, and probably did at least 500 joins with Ticketsclub before I had to move up to my own merchant account.

Same traffic (mine), same tours, different processor. Numbers don't lie.

Edit : I didn't realise verotel was a mainstream processor ... I thought they were mostly Adult. Are you sure you aren't mixing up Verotel and VXSBill which are both in the Netherlands ?

I suppose that it was some sort of processor cascading. Maybe there was an issue with CCBill and they switched to Verotel as primary processor. BTW, this can be really unpleasant if they're not crediting you for Verotel sales and switch to Verotel as a primary processor. If you get credit for Verotel sales, you really shouldn't care if it does good or bad for you - it's always better to have 2 processors, instead of only 1.

I've never worked with Verotel, so I may be mistaking, but I have more than good experience with Netbilling, CCBill, Epoch, GXBill, iBill, 123Bill, NoCreditCard.com, 2000Charge, Jettis, Intertrans and Electracash, so here ya go Oh yeah, VeriSign too

I think that you may had good processing experience with Verotel, just because your site didn't really had adult status, which could turn in more CCs beeing accepted, thus cascading loses a little bit it's advantage. Although, the same CC could be accepted with VeriSign on a mainstream site and declined by CCBill on an adult one. That may be the reason why processing with Verotel did good for you, but I'm not 100% confident that it was legal

I can't guarantee that what I'm saying is 100% true, these're just random thoughts that come to my head as I'm typing.

I just wanted to say i was someone who had a better experience with Verotel. Now i actually use a merchant account and other cascading options, so its a dead issue for me.

Would you please explain why you think verotel may be processing illegally?

I just checked NATS' page and I see that they're processing Verotel, so I may be wrong on this one, really... But I've heard stories about people from Verotel saying "no you can't process adult", then contacting you a few days later "oh, you know, never mind what I told you before, process whatever you want"... that's all - it's really rumors and shit... I'm saying this because I've never worked on a single system processing with Verotel, thus I didn't require more information about their service...

From my understanding, "Tickets Club" was Verotel's solution to Visa's $750 adult fee's. Every one would be selling under one acount, adult and all instead of every one having their own account. You do seem to be lucky LB, have yet to hear any one doing well with tickets club. I think it is confusing as hell, confusing to the surfer. Surfer goes to join a paysite, gets sent to "Tickets Club" and does'nt explain much what it is or how it works. Friend of mine had a paysite, got switched to Tickets club after the Visa fee's came into effect, and no sales.

Damn right it's confusing. The site looks like it's trying to sell me tickets to a movie theatre. Furthermore they make reference to keeping their data in the Netherlands, which, if I was from North America would have me asking 'WTF, why - is there a reason for that which I should be aware of?'

And how do I know the guys standing around those 'secure' servers in Amsterdam are not stoned off their ass?
