I think the easiest way for you to stay in compliance is to remain in Canada.

Excuse me, but what hole have you been living in? The new 2257 regulations have been discussed on every adult webmaster board for almost a month. Numerous articles have been printed, webmasters have been exchanging opinions, solicitors have been consulted, sponsors have been emailing affiliates.....a lot of time and energy has been spent by people everywhere (yes, even here 'down under') trying to understand and address the impact of the new ruling! And then you turn up 3 days before the new ruling is due to take affect and ask for someone to take the time to explain it to you in terms that you can understand..... Sorry, I don't think so!! |

if you are in Canada and host outside of the USA then you have nothing to worry about. If you do not host outside of the USA it is still a bit sketchy as to whether or not the DOJ has the ability to close your site down.
cheers, Luke

If there is nobody out there, that's a lot of real estate going to waste!

The worst part is that apparently the "enforcers" have their own version of the rules.
