Rejected sites made me feel stupid when apologising

I ve checked http://bl.usefulscripts.com/blocked/
and found that almost all my domains are blacklisted:
http://www.bbw-picture.net
http://www.dom-fem.com
http://www.free-shemale-pic.com
http://www.hand-job-movie.com
http://www.female-orgasm-video.com
http://www.pregnant-lesbians.com.

This happened due to host problems - all of them were down for several days because hostive couldnt change dns.
I apologise for this.
This thread is for all link list owners - please dont ban my sites, they re up and working again.
You may check them up and see they comply with the rules and are quite clean.

These domains are still banned!
Anyone knows how to unban them?
All my efforts appealing to unblock these domains were in vain....
I have stopped submitting sites - for all my work now goes to the dustbin.

Please somebody help!!!!!!

Your sites were 404, which is not caused by a dns issue, it's caused by the files not being on the server.

If you come back & say something like your host moved you to a new server, but never updated the DNS, then you need to find a new host.

Greenguy, thanx for answering so much, it has already started to seem to me that noone will take pity of me.
yes... my host recently changed the owner and it causes some problems... after downtime I managed to get in touch with new support... They ensured me that things like that are not gonna happen any more. I hope so

Please help me to take my domains off the blacklist.

You are blacklisted because your site(s) were 404, which means that the server replied to the link check script with the error code that means the page was not found on the server.

If the server was down, it would not reply with this code, the link checker would simply get a "no dns" message.

Your excuse doesn't fly.

I dont say the server was down..I meant my sites were down...
I am new to these hosting deals... But I know it was not my fault...
But they fixed the problem...
and belive me Ive worked fair...I have appologised...
You ve punished me already by taking ALL my sites from link-o-rama (1 year of work)
and so did others.
what else can I say...Yes I am guilty...
but I had no reason to take em down!!!
Ive already lost 10k of traffic due to this... and money too...
You're the boss.. but please give me the second chance, I had many of my sites listed in LOR and I ve got many of em already listed in big LLs... Please remove my sites from blacklist...
It makes me stop submitting to all link sites (with no chance getting listed when they are in bl.use..) and forces me to stop making free sites at all

Your explanation still doesn't make sense. I need to know why your domain was up, but the sites I was linking to were not there (which caused the 404 errors)

I asked my hosting to give me exclusive ip. When they did it something went wrong and as the result all the domains showed the content of one domain - that is dom-fem.com and the sites at these domains were 404. As I got it when they were changing my ip they forgot to change dns or vice versa (changed the dns and forgot to change ip).
I asked support to do something 5 or 6 times and they answered that after propagating everything will be ok... But it took too long...
I dont know much of all those hosting deals and maybe I got it wrong.
I really feel stupid now. All I need is that you let me continue to submit my free sites.
Please believe me I have no reason to cheat you.
