Task Bar Problem

So I was laying on the couch, and I rolled over on my mouse and now my task bar is at the very top of my page instead of the bottom.

What did I do? How do I fix it?

Also, every time I go to check my email it asks me to log back in (sbc yahoo). How do I fix that too?

My computer crashed about a week ago and I'm still trying to get it back up to where it was.

been there, done that

you should be able to just click & drag the task bar back to where you want it.
the email I'm not sure about so we'll see if anyone else knows

That times out about every 8-12 hours. Nothing you can do but re-enter your password.
