Aw, Dad, you've done a lot of great things, but you're a very old man, and old people are useless

![]() Hi,
I plan on starting to maximize my traffic for SEs, but before I do that I wanted to ask some questions to get some advice. 1.) Is it better to concentrate making hundreds if not thousands of pages that link back to one individual domain/hub or is it better to create say 20-40 sites that link back to the domain/hub and then repeat that process on multiple domains? I wasn't sure if the SEs would consider thousands of similar pages linking back to the same domain/hub SPAM or not? 2.) Now that I have asked that is it more important to interlink your own sites or have a bunch of different trade partners. I'm sure a combination of both is fine, but I wasn't sure if I should mainly concentrate on getting more link trades or concentrating on interlinking my own stuff? 3.) I have created a free site which I feel is maximized for SEs. I was wondering if someone could critique it to make sure I am not doing something wrong. Free Site Example Also, do you think this site be able to get listed with DMoz if I followed their guidelines? If you think you would be giving away too much information by responding I understand, but any advice at all would be helpful. Thanks |

Brad,
Short answers; 1) 2nd option and yes the 1st would be spam or at least spammy. 2) Combination and focus on themed links eg; keyword to keyword, asian to asian, etc. 3) a)There is plenty you could do to make that site better for the SE's, but exactly what you should do would depend on the keywords you are targetting. At a minimum your galleries need links back to the main page. ![]() b) Yes listable in DMOZ, but dependent on editors in Category and number of similar sites in submitted category. HTH DD
