Noticed so far this month that Google is my #2 referrer. How do I find out what search terms or words people are using on google to find me?

Where are you hosted? Look at your control panel for your stats. Almost all server stats pages should include a "top searched for terms" or similar such reference. At least mine do and all Apache servers using CPanel should too.
