To All Gallery Submission Gurus: Help??! :)

hiyah guys! new here! i'm submitting galleries for about 2 months now.. not full time though but i'm submitting 1 gallery per day since i got started.. been submitting it to about 20 free partner accounts and 7 paid pa's mgp sites.. got a few signups like 15 to 25 per month.. and i'm not really happy with it.

now, i got a few questions to all the gallery submission experts out there...

- do i have to buy more partner accounts?
- i'm planning to buy paid spots also.. is this option worthed the investment?
- base on your experience.. when can you tell that a 1 gallery per day submission is doing ok? how many sales does it make per month?

your inputs and comments will be greatly appreciated.

thanks.

I don't think your solution is more volume, but better conversions.

The best piece of advice I've ever been given was this:
"Cutting your conversion ratio in half is the same as doubling your traffic."

Analyze your stats, compare page views to click thrus to see if your galleries are getting the surfer to visit the sponsor tour. If not, perhaps your gallery design needs better SELL text. Maybe your sponsors aren't a good match for the TGPs you submit to, or perhaps that niche has too much competition. It takes a lot of trial and error to find out what works and what doesn't. Duplicate the things that work, eliminate the things that don't.

Is that 1000 page views, or 1000 clicks through to the sponsor?

OK, so that means 30K click-thrus per month and 15 to 25 conversions. That's a conversion ratio in the range of 1:1200 to 1:2000. The 1:1200 is fair but not great, 1:2000 isn't so good. Year to date my conversion ratio is under 1:600, but I focus on a couple of very specific niches to smaller niche specific TGPs (including my own).

I don't think that more traffic by itself is necessarily the answer. If reworking your gallery designs make 25% more people click-thru to the sponsor, you just increased your income 25% (assuming the same conversion ratios) without any additional traffic.

Bottom line, you need to be able to gather stats on the traffic you're getting from each TGP for each sponsor you promote, so you can determine which galleries are doing well and which aren't, so you can duplicate what works and cut your conversion ratios. Reduce your click-thru and conversion ratios, then increasing traffic will make you even more money.

You getting this from all those PAs? Something's gota be wrong with this.

Also pay more attention to the thumbs and descriptions you choose for your gallery posting - cuz it's something the surfer sees among hundreds of "competitors" and yours should stand out to attract more traffic. Your description and/or banner on a gallery itself isthe second door you must make a surfer wanna knock on, so try avrying those too till you have a better CTR.
