Hosting
I need a top notch hosting company. WebGems sold out and the company that too their place and consequent has my server is not doing such a great job. Site down twice in less than a week and they don't even know it unless I call them. Plus, I purchased the server from Webgems and don't know what the heck to do about that! Any suggestions?

Ditto on the Colo wagon. We were with another very good company for about 4 years but suddenly they had tons of issues and our sites were down constantly, our databases broken etc.. Sparky and his team made a very smooth transistion over to Colo and we've been UP ever since. Not a second of downtime in the last 7 months.

I can third (or is it fourth) the recomendation for Colo-cation. I might not (yet) have the traffic of some, but any requests have been fulfilled ASAP. The past 5 months have been hassle free
