Anybody know what is going on with...

When I try to go there it wants me to download a file and I really don't want to download a file I don't know what is. |

probably an upgrade from apache1 to apache2 or something screwed with their .htaccess which is improperly setting the content type to text/html
Doesn't appear to be a virus, just a misconfigured server.
