Free Sites & TGP

Hi

I've been working on free sites for 2 years with not so bad results, however this year my sales fell down.

So I decided to start submitting galleries too|goodidea , but most of the tgp owners are now allowing only paid submitters and a lot of them don't even have more available accounts.
Whom do you think is worthy to pay for submitting?
Could you give some figures of prices/traffic?
