Anybody here submit to links legal?

I wasn't having any problems submitting to the site until last week I think. First there was a problem with the submission page, as the site seemed to be down. The next day the site seemed to be up and I was able to use their form but when I try to confirm my email, I wasn't able to confirm it. It said something about MySQL error of sort..

I used to have link trades with them and I also used to submit there but over time I noticed really weird things with that site. Like at one point their site was down for a while, link trades disappeared, had submit problems, etc. I just replaced them on my submit list and moved on.

I was submitting to them for a while and didn`t see anything weird

anyway I`ve just checked and I don`t see any traffic from them.
