I wanted to submit a free site but the Category has an "Empty field".
Are submissions closed or is there something I am doing wrong?

I've notified the new owner about this issue a couple times...no idea when they're going to fix it

Not sure UW, but just noticed whois is protected on both sites. Also see some similarities in what was done with Explore XXX.
