I've just noticed that the recip of netmaniak contains links to 2 different domains. Is it allowed to use it on free sites?

scaryporn.com - all their recips contain links their review site. WTF? It's allowed to put any links to recips now?

I've found at least 50 linklists who decline free sites with recips like these ones. I think it's a good reason to fix these recips or don't submit to them.
