Can someone recommend a good poll script?

you could try this one, easy to set up & seems to work fine. You can customize it & use more than one poll on a site. And it's free too

I used the top one, not the SSI.

I looked everywhere for one, and this is pretty much all I found that wasn't hosted on an outside server.
