AFF sold?

First thing that sticks out to me is that they claim to take annual revenue and triple it to come up with a price. The next obvious thing is that it sold for a Billion dollars.

A big player yes, but I'm not so sure his pockets are all that deep anymore. Although it does seem somewhat appropriate that one scumbag would go after the other.

If my "little birdy" is correct the AFF deal actually occured about six months ago, so adjust your analysis of the timing accordingly.
