We have DSL we are now in the 21st century

whoo hoo! They finally expanded the dsl coverage to include our house.

We are on the slow plan, since that is what they said all we would be eligible for, but the tech said our line is conditioned that we can get up to 3.0 down, so tomorrow, i'm going to call them and get them to up the plan, and put in a dedicated jack for the dsl.

First time living in this town we are eligible for dsl with any kind of speed. We even tried satellite and sent their equipment back a week after they delivered it, lol.

Now i can call our wi-fi connection that is only on 5 minutes at a time to come pick up your piece of SHIT equipment!

Congratulations! Don't throw away your dialup equipment though. Its a decent backup of your dsl ever goes down.

Lol we don't have any dialup, but we have two wireless connections which one is blazing fast but only on 5 minutes at a time, and the other is terribly slow but on all the time. Now we have a medium fast on all the time connection.
