If something goes wrong at the plant, blame the guy who can't speak English

Have you tried a traceroute to the site?
Maybe it's a problem between your ISP and the site. START Run CMD tracert www.fetishhits.com

Its possible (and I do recall their site being one of the targeted ones in a certain 'loved' toolbar that is 'voluntarily' installed) that your machine is going to a different address that has been hijacked. And, that hijacked IP is not responding due to a recent takedown of a certain country's favorite ISP.
Code:
tsavo:~ mcd$ host fetishhits.com fetishhits.com has address 216.127.40.231 If not, you will definitely want to scan your machine for spyware/trojans and 'voluntarily' installed toolbars.

Where there's a will, I want to be in it.

The first time that happened to me, I discovered that cycling my router and cable modem fixed the problem (discovered by way of a power outage

I've had something like this before where I think I went to thehun and my webroot spysweeper popped up with an error that said this page is known for malicious scripts or something like that and it asked me if I wanted to block it and I said yes because I was thinking there was an install trying to happen but instead, it was generated from a database and blocked the page. So every time I went to the hun, it wouldn't come up. There is a long text file that webroot has to block domains and ips based on user approval. I know this is getting long winded, but my point is, maybe your spyware flagged the page and asked you to block it and that's what happened...it's just food for thought...
