This is a niche that I've never tried to promote. Always seemed like if a TGirls got SRS there wouldn't be any transsexual allure anymore.

Anyone around with any experience promoting this? Can't really list this under shemale and I don't know of anyplace with a post-op category.

I can see this selling just from the curiosity angle. Can't see why sites promoting it couldn't be listed under tranny/shemale category either.
