PK and thumbanail post will give you a free partner account if your sites meet their criteria. Sheepguy will too if you do tgp3. Also, the hun has no partner program, if he lists your site and its somewhere near the top, you can expect 80,000 hits.

One post at thumbnail post gave me a sustained rate of about 1 Mbs, which is fuck all a lot of traffic from one site that didnt charge me $50 to look at my site.
