Glad to see people actually doing something, and not just complaining.

That put a smile on my face.

The persons I have selected to sue thus far are:

NAME REMOVED -- The person known on WP-Board.com and other trading sites as "Zabalokis" and "DPBofTX" has settled the matter for $20,000.00 -- see the update below dated July 1st.

NAME REMOVED -- The person known on WP-Board.com and other trading sites as "IDigit" has settled the matter for $20,000.00 -- see the update below dated July 1st.

NAME REMOVED -- The person known on WP-Board.com and other trading sites as "Denshaman" has settled the matter for $20,000.00 -- see the update below dated August 25th.

Paul McDermott of Rensselaer, New York. Known on WP-Board.com as "crzydude".

Paul Sullivan of Billerica, Mass. Known on WP-Board.com as "ILVSandra". Was served a C&D letter, did not reply, will be included in first suit.

Richard Hillary at University of Texas at Austin. Known on WP-Board.com as "CharlieDodgson" and in law school of all crazy things.

Peter Droubay of Alexandria, Virginia. Known on WP-Board.com as "datagram".

Chad Carlson of Sarasota, Florida.

Not all of the C & D letters are prepared just yet because we have to be exact and solid in what we claim. I did the "IDigit" item today and it took hours to double check and cross-reference all the information, data and logs to make sure we are not under or over estimating the damage a certain poster has done.

I emailed this guy last week offering to run some ads for his program for free for support.
He hasnt responded yet.

look at this I love this the best everyone that supported the board by donating money to keep it open so they could get their free content

Every single person that ordered a T-Shirt, or made other donations, to get additional privileges at the WP-Board site(s) will be named, along with a series of "John Does" defendants (which covers a few that we do not yet have exact or confirmed names and addresses for). You can review a full list of these assholes here. If you are on that list, I suggest you have your lawyer contact me as soon as possible.

Jimmy is going to clean up a lot of mess when he mops all these guys under the table its good to see someone fighting the blatant theft

All sponsors should be giving the guy some support also.

Not just his content that was taken down, and a lot of those posters won't be uploading in the future.
