Testing linking codes
Is it considered click fraud if I click on my banners/pics/whatever that have my affiliate code in it to test if it's connecting to the site properly?
Do affiliates get mad about this or do they expect a few clicks from your own ip? |

If it is a pay per click sponsor then there could be a problem.
With pay per signup or revshare there should be no issue, I do it all the time ![]() |

You could go even further and look at the cookie dropped in your browser. Look for your affiliate code, expiration, etc...
