At least somewhat better than 1:64000 that 1 sponsor has given me so far this year.
I already have PimpRoll, SilverCash and IslandDollars. Are there any Indian GF type sites around?

I'll second that emotion. My Indian category is one of my busiest pages, but I don't have anything right now that converts worth a damn in that niche.

Fetish Hits has an Indian site that converts fairly well. I'm surprised you don't convert the pimproll sites better. When I promoted them, they did really well for me. I just ran out of fresh content to promo them with.
