  Quitting smoking is going well  I took up vaping without the nicotine because apparently I need to suck on something  Just updated LOR & Chubby Links, now for a lot of fantasy hockey stuff... |

No sucking here, but I am having a difficult time waking up this morning.
Just a day of work errands planned for today. Going kayaking tomorrow so going to get all my kayaking gear checked and ready. |

Good Morning
 Actually slept in, all the way to 6:30, for the first time this week so now I am behind on stuff and will probably still need a nap before the grandson shows up. Back still F'ing hurts and think I need to see the doctor. I guess the constant pushing trying to get somethings fixed around here, thou it does not look it, has screwed me. I was hoping the back would get stronger but I think it went the other way  Enjoy your weekend |

Just got settled in after spending the day in a little tiny plastic boat.
Room is still rocking and I'm covered in salt so now that everything is washed and put away and my tummy is full it's time to take my body into the shower and then probably become one with my bed. |
