Hello All
I am VERY new to the biz and I have one free site up.
I am in the process of working with someone who may be building me a back end system so that I can build my own sites despite the fact that I do not know how to program anything other than my VCR. Seems like lots of people here with lots of nice sites.

Welcome to to the board, You've picked the right place to learn this business and get sound no bullshit advice from successful webmasters. I was in your shoes nine months ago infact last New Years Eve the wife and I had agreed that I would give this a shot full time and if I wasn't makeing a certain dollar amount by May 1st. I would take a standing job offer, I didn't have to make that phone call. You have alot of hard work ahead of you. I would start by reading the board use the boards search feature to learn about subjects that aren't current topics. Take notes and don't be afraid to post your questions. Listin in to the GreenGuyandJim radio show it's good for a laugh and I allways learn something new. Go to On The Bench with MrMarryLou on Saturdays it's only an hour but you will get some great marketing advice from MrMarryLou Ramster and Surfin. Get a paid hosting plan at a dependeble hosting provider, it's only like $10 a month (use the search function or greenguyandjim resources to find one You need to learn at least basic HTML there's lot's of free HTML instruction on the net do a search, then start takeing a peek at the source code on different websites to see what code they used. I like the name of you web site (it's a niche that's close to my heart) but your page doesn't load goodluck
