Good Morning

Spoke to soon yesterday as the pains in back went from right side of my back to the left side. Gave me huge flashbacks to my big injury. Spent yesterday as planned and I will continue the same ice/heat light stretch routine as it's feeling slightly better today.

Grandson is going to be here later today with my daughter and SIL since they had to come down this way for something. Get to hang out for a few hours and have an early dinner.
