click cash account not working?

Hi my click cash account is not working, its say my
account is not on file or has been cancelled
anybody else have the same problem?

Did you enter your username and password correctly?

Not wanting to sound rude here - but I emailed their support a few days ago and they replied in under 5 minutes - why are you asking us here on a board?
