Do I need to get the word "cum" for example approved by google before I can use it in my description or title?

Good luck - thats one of the banned words at AdWords - although it slips through occasionally

There are lots of banned words.. one is "lesbo" for example so you never know. But like Linkster said, sometime you can go for 2-3 weeks with a banned word until it gets dissaproved.

Yes - there is a process for asking them to look at the ad and decide if they want to list it - its on the page when you make the ad with a form to submit asking for a review
