The reason link lists are productive is due to the fact they have search engine traffic and bookmarkers, not empty purchased hits.

Sure, you are right. But why posters choose link lists to post their freesites & dont post to all existing?

Cause there are a lot of dead resources with no PR & no traffic.

The reason freesites are productive is due to the fact they have search engine traffic, links and visitors from link lists not empty purchased hits.

So as a new site my links list cant give good PR now & i compensating it with 80% USA traffic to make my site attractive to posters.

Links at the bottom of my index. Whats up with them? I`m in progress of link exchange, every day i`m adding some new links to my site & other sites adding links to me. What unusual in this?

It`s empty now & 1000`s visitors cant find sites in this niches. There could be links to your freesites.
