How do you change your mailing address with CCBILL?

After years of using the same mailing address, I find myself having to change it. What a pain in the ass.

Anyhow, so far I can't figure out how to change my mailing address with ccbill. Anybody able to give me a clue on this?

You have to fax them unless they have changed since I did it for Angel. They said it was a security issue when I asked why it couldn't be done in the admin.

I changed my mailing info no problem when I moved (October 2004). They told me they needed a fax only when I enquired about changing the name on the check.

Gotta admit I can't remember exactly what I did, might have been just using the contact info, although I do seem to remember receiving a mail telling me about account changes, akin to when I periodically change my p/w so it could well be somewhere in the admin.

Go into your stats, hit the 'Tools' Tab, top one is your master account, hit 'edit' under 'profile' (next to your master affiliate #)

Thank you Jel, that was it, that was the clue I needed.

I think Cleo was talking about what you have to do if you are running a program, but all I needed was the affiliate thing.

I don't know why I couldn't figure it out yesterday, guess I was just mentally tired, and I'm not real experienced with ccbill's somewhat complex system.
