all the time - thats the whole point of a blog to me, targeted keywords for the SE's to crawl

yeah I do that all teh time ... always put title of your post as keyword than write about that keyword in your post as much as you can

I must be the odd one out here. I try to make my posts interesting to the surfers, with keywords just simply happening in the flow of writing.
