There have been quite a few sleepless nights. And, anytime I wrote Sparky, he would be there. He's been like that for at least the last 9 or 10 years I have known him

We tried to buy him a Christmas Present once by sending him and his lovely wife to Hawaii. He said thank you but could I have a new Laptop instead?

Yes Mothers Day on Sunday! Ramster it is the thought that counts and not the gift. Get your Mom a nice card and kiss her and tell her how much you love her. That's all Mom's really want

When my boys were younger and not working so unable to buy me a gift I did this every Mothers Day. We sat together and I made them listen to the song Simple Man. After all as the song says: "Be a simple kind of man, be someone you love and understand" say it all for me.

Ok now that I've gone and got myself all mushy and teary eyed

Hope everyone's day is better then mine. I lost my ATM sometime between last night and this morning. It's just gone and it sucks, but I'm gunna try not to let it get me down.

Take her out to brunch, lunch or dinner and give her a card. As long as it comes from her son, is really all that matters.
